Terms & conditions of shopping with Kismet J.

1. Genereal Information
   KISMET J operates from Toronto, Canada. All transactions are in CAD. We may update these terms at any time.
2. Products & Materials
   All pieces are handmade with jadeite, gold, silver, and silk. Jadeite is natural and unique - variations are expected and not defects.
3. Pricing & Payment
   All prices are listed in CAD and exclude sales taxes. Taxes are applied at checkout based on shipping destination, in line with Canadian federal and provincial laws (e.g., Ontario 13% HST, Alberta 5% GST, Quebec GST + QST). International buyers are responsible for duties/taxes. Payments are processed securely via Shopify.
4. Shipping
   Orders are shipped from Toronto. Delivery times may vary. See Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns & Exchanges
   See our Returns Policy. Jadeite uniqueness is not grounds for return.
6. Warranty & Repairs
   No lifetime warranty is offered. Repairs may be available at cost.
7. Intellectual Property
   All designs and content are property of KISMET J.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
9. Privacy
   We comply with PIPEDA for data protection. See Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
    These terms follow Ontario provincial and Canadian federal law.
